Growlrr started with a simple, uncomfortable question: if you wouldn't feed your child ultra-processed food every single meal of their life, why is it the industry default for companion animals?
The commercial pet food industry has operated on two assumptions for decades: that highly processed, shelf-stable food is nutritionally adequate, and that pet owners will not look closely enough to question it.
The first assumption is demonstrably false at the margins. The second is simply insulting.
We are a team of engineers, veterinary nutritionists, and pet owners who decided to solve the actual problem — not the marketing version of it. The result is the Snowleopard Protocol™: a computational nutrition system that separates energy (fresh local meat, sourced by you) from micronutrients (precision 4-gram blocks, engineered by us).
Neither component alone is complete. Together, validated across a 1M-node Monte Carlo run under tri-axis lognormal noise, they produce a diet engineered to the C/R 95/99 adequacy claim — 95% confidence the pet receives ≥ 90% of NRC 2006 for every essential nutrient on ≥ 99% of days of product use.
